Construction Material Testing

NDT for Reinforced concrete Structures

Core Test – It Provides the visual inspection of the interior of the concrete and direct measurement of the compressive strength, other of the concrete and direct measurement of the compressive strength. Other physical properties, such as density water absorption indirect tensile strength and expansion due to Alkali Aggregate.

Ultrasonic Pulse velocity testing(As per 1S 516 Part-5, Section-1:2018)-this testing endures the uniformity of concrete. It can be conducted on both existing structure & under construction structures. Velocity criterion for concrete quality grading IS 13311 Part 1.

GEO-TECHNICAL INVESTIGATION

We conduct geo technical investigations by drilling boreholes and collecting soil and rock samples. Analysis and recommendations for bearing capacity of soil and foundation system.
